    5. Prepare and negotiate agreements such as JV agreements, development agreements, and shareholder agreements;
    6. Develop partner relations with project developers, financial institutions, investors, contractors, lawyers, consultants, authorities, grid operators, advisors, manufacturers, and other market participants to maintain a project pipeline;
    7. Oversee all aspects of project development and acquisition, including site identification, feasibility analysis, pricing, and negotiations;
    8. Negotiate land leases and easements, manage landowner relationships, and collaborate with internal support teams;
    9. Manage interconnection agreements and lead overall interconnection strategy for projects or markets;
    10. Secure permits from local, county, state, and federal jurisdictions, and manage community relations;
    11. Obtain internal approvals for project advancement, including preparing for investment committee approval, and maintain project budgets and schedules in line with approvals;
    12. Communicate regularly with senior leadership on renewable energy market trends and investment opportunities;
    13. Evaluate market drivers, technologies, incentives, and regulations to grow the portfolio and stay competitive;
    14. Represent the company at solar fairs, events, and regulatory meetings.
    Ideally, you have
    1. An MBA and/or MSc in electrical engineering or environmental studies;
    2. 5-10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector as a project and/or business development manager;
    3. Proven leadership and entrepreneurial spirit;
    4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
    5. English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
