We are working with a leader in end-to-end solar EPC who are looking to expand due to consistent success. They are rapidly rising to the top and aren't looking to slow down anytime soon. If you are an experienced electrical engineer with a background in solar and are ready to take a step into a company you can grow alongside, this could be the move.

Role

• Design and develop electrical systems for commercial & industrial solar PV projects.
• Lead the preparation of single-line diagrams, cable schedules, protection layouts, and grid connection documentation.
• Collaborate with DNOs, ICPs, and internal teams to deliver grid-compliant, technically sound systems.
• Support site surveys, feasibility studies, and on-site commissioning.
• Integrate battery storage systems (BESS) and advise on optimal system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with BS7671, IEC, ENA, and G99/G100 standards.

What we need from you

• 5+ years' experience in electrical engineering, ideally in commercial/industrial solar.
• Proven track record working on end-to-end EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of grid connection, protection schemes, and electrical regulations.
• Proficiency with PVsyst, AutoCAD, SolarEdge Designer, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with battery storage integration and energy optimization.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Qualifications such as NABCEP, ECS Card, or relevant HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
