    Roles & Responsibilities


    Reporting to the EU Eco-Partner Sales Director you will be responsible for managing a pool of our channel business partners. You will have an exceptionally wide role, both developing the strategic vision of LG B2B Media Solutions Information Display partners' development and ensuring quarterly and annual business targets are met and exceeded at European level.


    • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Information Display business, selling to and through major commercial Distributors and System Integrators / Re-sellers, aligned with the Company's overall short and long-term goals and objectives
    • Engage and develop the commercial relationship with channel partners to identify and manage major Pan-EU opportunities, driving ongoing and regular sales
    • Enlarge leads generation with the assigned channel partners to support business targets
    • Grow share of wallet with existing commercial re-sellers to increase sales
    • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for and jointly with the channel partners
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and overall competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
    • Oversee pipeline and sales forecasts, budgets, performance metrics, and regularly report on progress to the EU Eco-Partner Sales Director



    Required qualifications, skills and experience


    • Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
    • 10+ years proven track record in strategic selling in Electronics B2B environment
    • Strong experience in setting digital collaboration and communication solutions (HW / SW), working with key Distributors, System Integrators, Valued Added Re-sellers across Europe
    • Solid experience in working with Professional display channel partners, through proven established network within the business partner landscape in Europe
    • Leading personality, able to inspire, engage and lead by example both local colleagues and customers
    • Strong analytical skills to articulate complex issues and solutions with concrete actions and measurable results
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with demonstrated expertise in nurturing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, with a deep understanding of the channel partners' business goals.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (other European languages will be an added value)
