Zonnepark Services is the market leader in the Netherlands in the field of operations and maintenance (O&M) for large-scale solar energy projects. We manage a growing operational portfolio of over 1.5 GWp. Our company is a joint venture between GOLDBECK Solar and Chint Solar, combining more than 20 years of global PV experience with local expertise.

As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the technical management of our large-scale PV installations. You will ensure optimal performance, quick resolution of issues, and compliance with all technical and legal requirements. You'll collaborate closely with our operational team of experienced service technicians, as well as external vendors and subcontractors. You will also maintain proactive and intensive communication with our clients. This role reports to the Head of Technical Asset Management. Our team operates from our modern office with a control room located in the vibrant city center of Utrecht. Remote work is not or only very rarely an option.

• Monitor PV system performance through various monitoring tools.
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and issues.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal and external partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
• Provide advice on technical improvements and optimizations.
  

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a technical background and a passion for renewable energy.

Requirements:

• A completed technical degree at HBO or university level, e.g. in energy technology, sustainability, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is a big plus.
• Knowledge of PV systems and preferably experience in solar O&M and asset management.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar energy sector, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A positive and proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach. You are not afraid to pick up the phone to get things done.
• Structured and accurate working style with the ability to maintain oversight.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (B) and willingness to regularly travel to project sites within the Netherlands.
• Experience with (technical) project management is a plus.

Jouw rol

Als Technical Asset Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor het technische beheer van onze grootschalige PV-installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de installaties optimaal presteren, problemen snel worden opgelost en dat aan alle technische en wettelijke vereisten wordt voldaan. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met ons operationele team van ervaren servicemonteurs en externe leveranciers en onderaannemers. Daarnaast onderhoud je intensief en pro-actief contact met onze klanten. In deze rol rapporteer je aan het Head of Technical Asset Management. Wij werken vanuit ons moderne kantoor met control room midden in het gezellige centrum van Utrecht. Thuis werken is niet of zeer beperkt mogelijk.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Monitoren van de prestaties van PV-installaties via diverse monitoringtools.
• Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen en problemen.
• Coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden (preventief en correctief) met interne en externe partijen.
• Opstellen van periodieke rapportages over systeemprestaties.
• Adviseren over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste professional met een technische achtergrond en affiniteit met duurzame energie.

Functie-eisen:

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van energietechniek, duurzaamheid, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde.
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel woord als geschrift, in het Nederlands en in het Engels.
• Kennis van PV-systemen en bij voorkeur tevens van solar O&M en asset management.
• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de zonne-energiesector, is een pre maar niet noodzakelijk.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Een positieve en proactieve instelling, gecombineerd met een oplossingsgerichte houding, is essentieel voor deze functie. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken om iets geregeld te krijgen.
• Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht.
• In bezit van rijbewijs B en bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen naar projectlocaties binnen Nederland.
• Ervaring met (technisch) projectmanagement is een pre.
