The role involves:

1. Building long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
2. Business development through cold calling, meetings, and networking to establish new client relationships.
3. Organizing events and meet-ups within your market area.
4. Staying informed about industry trends and mapping your market.
5. Identifying top talent via networking, headhunting, and other methods.
6. Creating compelling job advertisements.
7. Negotiating with clients and candidates.
