Field Service Engineer for Electrical Engineering - Renewable Energy - Amsterdam - Deta-Vast

Our customer, working in the Renewable Energy sector, are looking for a Field Service Engineer with a background/focus in Electrical Engineering.

Requirements:

• Good experience and knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience working motors, electrical circuits and low/medium voltage.
• Familiarity with PLCs (not coding, but upgrades and basic diagnostics)
• NEN 1010 or NEN 3140 (or equivalent Dutch electrical certifications).
• Familiarity with safety procedures (e.g., Lockout-Tagout).
• Maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electrical systems, including motors, control panels, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
