  • We are seeking an ECO Submission Administration Manager to implement and oversee administrative systems, procedures, and policies within our Retrofit division. This role involves monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with documentation, processing submissions, and supporting Quality Assessors to meet accreditation standards. You will collaborate with the Head of Retrofit & PAS Technical Manager to develop and enhance workflows, ensuring seamless operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain workflow efficiency by developing administrative processes and reporting procedures.
    • Implement new company policies and procedures alongside the Head of Retrofit & PAS Technical Manager.
    • Analyse and improve operating practices, including record-keeping, compliance monitoring, and workload distribution.
    • Develop administrative staff by providing training, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
    • Resolve administrative issues by coordinating reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.
    • Act as the point of contact for compliance and quality control, ensuring all job closures meet accreditation criteria.
    • Liaise with Technical Staff to escalate and resolve any compliance issues.
    • Ensure all survey and installation paperwork is fully compliant.
    • Contribute to team collaboration and continuous process improvement.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business administration tools.
    • Strong reporting, documentation, and compliance-checking skills.
    • Ability to analyse information, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
    • Experience in inventory control, problem-solving, and process management.
    • Excellent verbal communication and leadership abilities.

    Experience Required:

    • Experience in planning construction and maintenance contracts.
    • Customer service and call centre experience.
    • Experience managing engineers and administrative teams.
    • Experience with CRM systems and TrustMark (full training provided).
