The Charging Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Specialist will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing EV charging stations, implementing on-site solar PV panels, establishing battery swapping stations, and procuring renewable energy certificates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent project management skills to ensure the successful integration of renewable energy solutions across the company's operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the deployment of EV charging stations.• Coordinate with country-specific teams and station managers to ensure consistent and efficient implementation.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of charging stations to optimize their usage and efficiency.• Design and oversee the installation of solar photovoltaic panels at logistics hubs and charging infrastructure.• Ensure the integration of solar energy systems to power operations, reducing reliance on non-renewable energy sources.• Conduct regular maintenance and performance assessments of solar PV systems.• Plan and establish battery swapping stations to minimize downtime for the last-mile fleet.• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless integration of battery swapping solutions.• Monitor the performance and efficiency of battery swapping stations to ensure optimal fleet management.• Identify and procure renewable energy certificates to support the company's commitment to clean energy.• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.• Maintain accurate records and documentation of renewable energy certificate transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.• Proven experience in planning and deploying EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy solutions.• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and battery swapping technology.• Excellent project management and organizational skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for energy management and project planning.
