Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of renewable energy assets and companies.

• Lead due diligence processes, assessing commercial and strategic alignment within the clean energy space.

• Develop and deliver pitch materials and client presentations tailored to the renewables market.

• Support transaction execution, collaborating with internal teams and sector-specific external advisors.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably with exposure to the energy or infrastructure sectors.

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including project finance knowledge.

• Fluency in both French and English; strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Genuine interest in the energy transition and sustainable investments.
