What You ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring Environmental Sustainability Advisors, Coordinators, and Graduates
• Driving sustainability action plans and shaping key project decisions through data, assessments, audits, and incident findings
• Managing and reporting all environmental incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations and permitting requirements
• Supporting environmental risk management across major power transmission and distribution projects
• Identifying and promoting innovative environmental solutions to enhance sustainability outcomes
• Delivering Environmental and Sustainability training across project teams and supply chain partners

What We re Looking For:

• Experience in Environmental and Sustainability Management within major infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
• A passion for sustainability - and ideally, an appreciation for the great outdoors!
