    Key Responsibilities

    • Investigate and understand the global and regional markets requirements - including but not limit to wind resources, government policy, customer, and competitors.
    • Based on market requirement to define the wind turbine product portfolios roadmap and corresponding product features/requirements.
    • Lead or jointly lead as chief system engineer the corresponding wind turbine product development.
    • Work together with project technical managers to analyze the project wind resource and customer requirements, define the turbine product solutions - including but not limit to turbine models, additional features, layouts, site suitability and energy yield assessment etc.
    • Work with sales, commercial and technical managers to define the bidding strategy and support pricing strategy.
    • Lead the technical workshop, turbine system level technical discussion with customers.
    • Lead or jointly lead the field technical issue resolutions.


    Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control Engineering.
    • At least 4 years of working experience in global wind industry with experience in offshore wind turbine development and management, has systematic understanding of European offshore wind requirement especially in customer technical due diligence, bidding and delivery process.
    • In-depth understanding of wind turbine systems and wind farm technical know how is required.
    • Good networking skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in different types of teams and customers.
    • Well organized & proactive, able to successfully work in a fast paced and competitive environment with diverse people - clients and co-workers
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel abroad 30% time.
