    The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team is currently composed of 8 people with varied responsibilities (asset management, O&M, contract management, performance analysis, SCADA, communication, etc.), mostly based in Montpellier.


    Task coordination is handled collaboratively on a daily basis, supplemented by a weekly team meeting. Our organization strongly emphasizes teamwork.


    Our team interacts several times a week with the O&M teams of our international subsidiaries. Intercultural communication is an integral part of our daily operations.


    As an Asset Manager, your mission is to optimize the performance of the Group's assets by ensuring their efficient operational management in France and Italy, in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.


    The position is based in Montpellier, with travel in France and Italy required.

    MAIN TASKS





    The Asset Manager will be responsible for:



    • Monitoring renewable energy assets in France and Italy to ensure optimal plant operation ;
    • Handling administrative tasks (creating purchase orders in the group's ERP, DT/DICT requests, etc.) ;
    • Preparing performance reporting for France and Italy ;
    • Participating in monthly Asset Management meetings between the HQ O&M team and local operations teams; tracking issues and coordinating resolution with internal resources ;
    • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, in collaboration with the Controlling & Finance team (mainly for France and Italy) ;
    • Overseeing the handover process from construction to operations and commissioning of new assets ;
    • Coordinating asset integration into the monitoring system (SCADA) ;
    • Ensuring implementation of AMSA/AFSA contracts ;
    • Managing potential operational claims in collaboration with the Group Insurance team ;
    • Supporting the management of the measurement tools fleet (LiDARs, met masts, solar kits) ;
    • Helping negotiate and implement maintenance contracts, with support from the HQ Contract Manager ;
    • Contributing to development projects by recommending adapted O&M strategies, in coordination with the HQ O&M team.









    SKILLS REQUIRED





    The following skills are essential for the role:


    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team ;
    • Fluent in English and French ;
    • Ability to manage the technical and financial performance of operational assets ;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting ;
    • Contract management experience (O&M, insurance, warranties, etc.) ;
    • Excellent writing skills and the ability to structure clear, concise documentation.



    The following skills will set you apart:


    • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector in France and/or Italy ;
    • Familiarity with local regulations governing renewable energy ;
    • Experience with ERP systems or asset performance monitoring tools ;
    • Proficiency or knowledge of Italian ;
    • Strong understanding of the operation of renewable energy plants, especially wind and solar.
