With a rapidly growing project portfolio, they offer experience and tailored services in the origination, development and financing of Nature-based solutions (NbS) projects that can access the voluntary and compliance carbon markets via REDD+, Restoration, Regenerative & Low-Carbon Agriculture, Energy and Blue Carbon mechanisms.

    Job Summary
    This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most established and highly-reputed companies in the voluntary carbon market. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations within the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.     Main Responsibilities
    • Draft job descriptions (JDs) that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each position.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers (across 4 regions) to assess candidates.
    • Manage and improve Performance Review system currently implemented.
    • Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
    • Generate reports and analyse HR metrics.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Coordinate employee development initiatives.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to ensure competitiveness.
    • Manage incentive programs to motivate and reward employees.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Mitigate HR-related risks by staying informed about legal developments and industry best practices.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, and HRIS management.
    • Understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
    • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with HR analytics tools and software is advantageous.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Willingness to take initiative and drive HR initiatives forward.
    • Highly collaborative approach to working across teams (located across geographies)
    • Self-starter, able to work independently.
    • Interest, enthusiasm and willingness to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment with a reputable brand within the global carbon markets
