Solar O&M Technician - Nottinghamshire -Up to 45k Basic

Alecto Recruitment are working with a market leader with extensive experience in all commercial sectors. Our client has partnered with some of the UK's biggest brands to help them deliver financial savings, carbon reductions and energy independence. Their portfolio includes some of the industry's most iconic and challenging solar PV installations, in addition to market-leading industrial-scale battery storage solutions and solar carports.

They are currently looking to expand their O&M team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for a solar electrician with large scale solar experience.

The Role:

• 35,000 - 45,000 Basic
• 100% field based conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on site
• Working with both roof-mounted and ground-mounted panels
• Keeping records of the scheduled/non-scheduled activities
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure compliance of the activities with local rules and regulations
• Keep up with spare part management
• Update Server files and keep electronic backup of all the activities
• Nationwide work with possible stayaways looking after domestic and commercial solar systems

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician
• 18th edition
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 1 years experience in service and maintenance on solar projects greater than 100kWp
• Minimum 2 years working experience as a qualified electrician
