Renewable Energy Sales Service Operations Gloucester

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people across the UK to join our team. As part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech. You need to be based in Gloucestershire, mainly meeting customers across the county but also further afield if required.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech.
• Generating your own leads via door knocking, cold calling, and referrals, including pre-booked sales visits, to meet your KPIs.
• Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot.
• Providing excellent customer service while in customers' homes using our Aira Sales Method.
• Collaborating with our design and planning teams to ensure all customer expectations are met.

We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, but we need you to have the following:

• Full UK Driving License - this is a field-based role.
• Experience in a field-based sales role.
• Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems.
• An enthusiasm for sales and working towards targets.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections.
• A passion for active and forward-thinking working environments.

Experience in renewables or energy sales is a plus but not essential.

• Base salary of £25,500 with an uncapped commission structure.
